Choose a mission, read the situation snapshot, and review the scorecard so you know what a strong conversation looks like. Then step into a live simulation with an AI character. You’ll get a score and feedback when you finish. The pass line is 70%. How it works: - Pick your language and a mission. - Review the situation and download the cheat sheet if you’d like a quick reference. - Practice the conversation. Coach Judy is available during the simulation if you want guidance. - See your score and feedback, then try a new mission. There are five missions: Trust, Safety, Adaptability, and two Recognition scenarios (Alex and Jordan). Repeat any of them as often as you like. This experience is for practice and does not affect your course completion.
